Shake Shack Ebisu

Good burgers. Convenient location. Not too crowded. All in all, a pleasant experience.

No bathroom or sink (or even a freaking おしぼり!) to wash the grease off your hands unless you go into the adjoining shopping mall and ride the elevator up 3 floors. What a joke!

Burgers are pretty small for the price. Taste wasn't as good as expected :( Fries were good tho, but don't try the cheese fries. The cheese totally ruined it.Very crowded on Friday night. Had to line up for seats and wait for food. Lots of people just on their computers.

Had mushroom burger as it is the vegetarian option available. The taste wasn't so good. The chocolate shake however was amazing.

Not good services quality. Meat Patti was not well done so it's a bit risky for those who have a weak stomach

No line when we came at 1:30pm on a Thursday. Good burgers. But honestly, would eat somewhere else for the price we paid for 4 people.

Very delicious burger, the best burger I ate here in Japan so far. It is a must try, staff can speak english and english menu is available.

Ordered shake stack and shack burger. The meat was very fresh and tasty. For drinks, i get cherry+sakura shake, taste was alright nothing special, however, black sesame shake (only available in Japan) was great.

AMAZING! I mean Japan is known for taking things and making them even better right?! The vegetarian mushroom burger is so juicy and so delicious. I actually cannot get enough hahaha. The concretes (thick shakes) are also now a bit of an obsession and I have found myself getting them wherever there is a Shake Shack ;).

Delicious and quick service of food. Try the sesame shake (only in Japan) if you can!

I had the Portobello mushroom burger, which was nice though a little rich. Would definitely recommend checking this place out though!

The strawberry shake is pretty good if you are not on keto or paleo.

It's really overpriced for fast food. I guessed the hype is all about the brand name only.

Good American style hamburger, and I do love to test how wide I can make my jar 👍. I found their beverage is okay, but a bit over priced for their quality. I’m not a nutrition guy, so words like heathy, natural, don’t really attract me. I’ll just ask for tap water :-)

Central location, right on Ebisu train and subway station. Shake Shack is Shake Shack - awesome burgers and fries.

Shake shack is always amazing. I love the milkshakes and the chilli burger. Although it’s quite expensive I think it’s worth it as a little treat!

Went on a Sunday, at around 11:30am. Food was really good, serving size was great too. Ordered chick n shack, shroom burger, cheese fries and lemonade. The ordering process was smooth, separating To go / Eat In queue line. You have to first order before landing a seat. Time waiting for food was a tad long but not significant. Apart from being alil pricy, overall experience was good.

Good burger. Definitely better than Burger King or McDonald's. Quite pricey and no set meals. Everything a la carte.Staff speaks good English and opens til 10:30pm.

A popular burger place in Hong Kong. It was a quiet Sunday night and was able to enjoy our dinner. Ordering was easy and quick. It didn’t take long for orders to arrive. They were very nice burgers. The mushroom burger was quite tasty and juicy. Chips were also a good addition.

For vegetarians struggling to find vegetarian burgers in Japan, Shake Shack has an amazing vegetarian option called the Shroom burger ! The patty is made of mushrooms and cheese, so it’s not for vegans (although it could be vegan cheese, you’ll have to call them and check for that incase you’re vegan but I highly doubt it’s vegan cheese).

Finally get to try one here in Asia! The last time I tried was in Vegas. Menu prices are approximate same compared to Vegas; don't bother other reviewers saying it's overpriced as probably they are comparing to McDonald's. Burger was good, however it felt dry compared to Vegas where it's really juicy. Probably it's for different market requirement. Had the black sesame milk shake which is limited to Japan. It's has an acquired taste and really thick in a good way; takes a while to suck through the straw but when the taste shake hits your taste buds it's just so good. And remember, you can request for English menu too.

Very good burger.

Better than their branch in London, which I found disgusting. In Tokyo, the burgers are well-presented and taste very good. The Black Sesame shake, exclusive to the Japanese branches, of course is a must.
